We did summaries we we looked at summary questions. We discussed why these are some of the more dreaded question that you will come across when you're taking the STAAR test. We can maybe see that its not normal from like most test questions. They're kind of long responses since the best answer is based on the last sentences highlighted. The last sentences highlighted are generally going to come from the last two paragraphs of your of your reading. It says living alone offers greater benefit - so this is kind of off topic. Sometimes children are involved with households but in this case there was no mention of children so A is just an answer that's positive, right? It (living alone) allows people to reconnect. What it says about technology... by their social networks and constant connectedness to otherd. Okay so does the word "overwhelmed" is that positive or negative? You've got to go to work, you got school, it's like you have so much to do. Response D has a somewhat negative suggestion. So the best answer okay is B. Most people find that living alone allows them to pursue happier and more active social lives. We're going to split the class in a minute half of you guys are going to are going to be tackling an essay prompt and half of you are going to be doing the passage where this summary question came from.
